Registration dates for 2024-2025 will begin
as follows:
Thursday, August 29th 9:00am-1:00pm
Tuesday, September 3rd-6th 2024 8:00am-12:30pm
To register your child with us at I.S. 5 for their middle school years, please bring any of the following items:
- A NYC DOE Family Welcome Center letter (If you have been given a letter from the Family Welcome Center to report to I.S. 5 for registration, you MUST bring it with you. Family Welcome Center contact and location information are noted below.)
- A completed I.S. 5 registration packet (If you came to our building and received a registration packet previously, please bring it with you. If you would like to PICK UP A REGISTRATION PACKET BEFORE registration begins, please come to I.S. 5 on Monday, August 26 or Tuesday, August 27 between 9:00am and 12:00pm)
- Any documents for us to review in supporting you and your child to become part of our school community. If you have limited or no documents to share, that is ok! We are here to help, answer your questions and support you and your child through the registration process!
